RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely delighted with your original artwork.
1. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Under EU and international consumer laws, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your artwork. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and securely packaged in its original museum-grade packaging.
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

3. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including insured tracked shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the artwork arrived damaged.
4. DAMAGED ARTWORK IN TRANSIT
In the rare event that your painting arrives damaged, please take photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged artwork immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the matter or arrange a replacement/refund.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom commissioned artworks and personalized pieces are non-refundable once approved and created.
