TERMS OF SERVICE Welcome to MariDari Abstract Art Gallery. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 1. ORIGINAL ARTWORKS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All artworks featured on this site are original creations by artist Maria Tomova. Purchase of an artwork grants the buyer ownership of the physical piece only. All copyrights, reproduction rights, and rights to digital images remain exclusively with the artist. Artworks may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

2. ACCURACY OF COLORS & TEXTURES We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our mixed-media artworks as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor variations and the tactile nature of materials (such as gold leaf, epoxy resin, and wax), slight natural variations may occur between the online display and the physical artwork. 

3. PRICING & PAYMENT All prices are listed in EUR / USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via encrypted third-party payment gateways. We reserve the right to modify prices or correct pricing errors at any time.

4. SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY Artworks are shipped fully insured with tracked delivery services worldwide. The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by their country of destination.

5. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union.
