SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We take the utmost care in packaging and delivering original artworks to art collectors worldwide.

1. PACKAGING & PROTECTION
Every painting is hand-packed with museum-grade protective materials, custom padding, and reinforced crating or heavy-duty boxes to ensure it arrives in flawless condition.

2. PROCESSING & HANDLING TIMES
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Each original artwork includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity shipped alongside the piece.

3. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIMES
We offer fully tracked and insured shipping via premium courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS):
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

4. TRACKING & INSURANCE
Once your artwork has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details. All shipments are 100% insured against loss or damage during transit.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
