Made with the Black Sea itself — water, salt and sand gathered from the coast at Nesebar, Bulgaria — worked into acrylics and gold leaf. Green and ochre currents drift like a shoreline seen from above, touched with gold. Here nature is not depicted but present: the Earth became both material and author.
